To complete your admission, please follow the payment and registration instructions below.

1- Tuition Payment Instruction

Tuition can be paid in full by e-transfer to info@canadianstemschool.com or by direct Bank Deposit to the School Bank Account. The required Bank account information is detailed below.

Alternatively, you may download the following “Void Cheque” and submit it to your bank to complete the payment.

2- Registration Instruction

Once payment is made, please fill out the following form. Please make sure the accuracy of the provided information, and attach the required documents as follows to

Proof of payment,
Valid ID,
Valid parent or legal Guardian ID if the student is under 18 years old .

Note: Acceptable IDs include Canadian Health Card, Canadian Driver License, Valid Canadian or International Passport).

3-Complete Submission

Kindly verify all entered information before completing your submission.

After submitting your registration form and all required documents, your registration will be processed within 2-3 business days.

A unique username and password will be generated for each registered student. You can log in to your account on the “My Profile” page.

4–Refund Policy

In the case of students cancelling the online course program, the tuition fee for any course that has already opened is non-refundable. Additionally, 50% of the tuition fee will be retained for courses that have not yet opened.
